Rugs

      We offer a rug service that employs the most superior products and techniques available. We can rug nearly any animal that you would like. Our open mouth rugs feature the finest jaws/teeth available on the market today. Our ears are fiberglass reinforced for maximum durability for display on the floor. Each rug comes with hangers that are mounted under the head and paws for wall display. These hangers will not pull out as they are sewn directly to the leather. They are not attached to the fabric like you will find at many other taxidermy shops. We select the most modern and natural looking rug forms, as well as competition quality eyes. Our rugs are trimmed with high quality felt that is meticulously pleated and machine sewn to the leather. The pleating provides the most finished and uniform looking product possible. It is a lot more work for us but the results are well worth the effort. Each rug is backed with a light denim for durability and because it picks up less dirt and pet hair from the floor than other fabrics. We dye any rubs to match the surrounding guard hair to minimize their appearance. The paws are spread and each toe positioned to properly to display the claws. Many taxidermists will offer some of these features but few will offer them all. This is part of our dedication to produce the best rugs available.
